Our own Office Manager and Certified Yoga Instructor, Kalei Carlson, is now offering two rejuvenating classes right at our WFC facility.
Core & More - Tuesdays – 9-10 am: This class is designed to bring you into your body using your breath as your guide. While the movements will focus on the pelvic floor, spine and shoulder girdle you will also be educated on how these movements will support your body. A strong central core is the goal, with awareness and mindfullness as key components of our hour together. Open to all levels.
Gentle Yoga - Wednesdays – 6:15-7:15 pm: This class is designed for all levels and focuses on the breath. Allowing you to learn how to move from within to calm your nerve system and relax your muscles. Leaving you feeling grounded and renewed.
